Keto Cake

A soft, fluffy keto cake packed with protein and made with Elevate Protein Flour. Perfect for birthdays, meal prep, or satisfying a sweet tooth while keeping carbs low.

Ingredients

Ingredients for cake

  • 1½ cups Elevate Protein Flour
  • ½ cup allulose sweetener
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Frosting

  • 170g nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 7g jello cheesecake mix
  • 2 tbsp zero sugar cool whip

Method

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Grease an 8-inch round cake pan.

3. In a bowl, whisk together:

  • Elevate Protein Flour
  • Sweetener
  • Baking powder
  • Salt

4. In a separate bowl, whisk:

  • Eggs
  • Almond milk
  • Butter
  • Sour cream
  • Vanilla

5. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.

6. Pour into the pan and bake 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

7. While cake its baking add all ingredients for frosting in a bowl and mix till smooth

8. Let cake cool completely before frosting.

9. Refrigerate cake for around 30 minutes and serve.
