I love it!!! Great solution to other high carb flour
Did some comparison tests between elevate, bread flour, bread flour with added vital wheat gluten and bread flour plus gluten and wheat bran. Elevate performed poorly in all tests. I would not recommend except as a small addition to regular flour for a protein boost. Do not replace all flour with this.
I’ve used this for a variety of pizza crusts, scones, waffles, pancakes, etc so I can hit my protein goals with fewer calories and lower carbs. I’m using this all the time and no longer needing protein powders at all.
We love it...I make little pizzas about a 4 inch diameter instead of 1 big one. And it was shipped to me very quickly. I've made biscuits and rolls and it's definitely worth the money. Thank you for discovering this blend that us Keto people can eat with no carbs!

Add a tablespoon of butter to dough and the bread comes out very soft and delicious.
It does not spike my blood sugar the way standard flour does. It does have an effect but is better. It allows me an indulgence once in a while.

This is the best low carb flour I have ever worked with! It takes a minute to get used to, but once you figure it out the world is your oyster!
