So far I've been able to use this flour in a 1:1 ratio for all my old non-keto recipes with great success. This allows me to use old recipes without performing some conversions to make the recipes keto friendly. Taste and texture are very good. Breads and cakes rise like normal flour recipes. Very happy.
I used this product to make a pizza for the first time. I am not sure if I did everything correctly because I cut the recipe in half. The taste was normal, the texture was a bit stiff. I did not get the rise I was expecting. Then I made some cheese biscuits with it. I had decent success with the dough. Biscuits came out nice, but it flatten after cooling. I was able to toast it though and made a sandwich from it. For what its worth, it seems like something one has to get use to. I am open to continue trying the product and becoming more proficient at using it. I want to make a loaf of bread next and a pound cake to see how those will come out. Im hopeful.
So far everything I have made with this flour has tasted like the real thing! So far I have made biscuits and chocolate chip cookies. Looking forward to making some pancakes

Since developing issues with almond flour, I was looking for an alternative that I could use on a low carb diet. Bread was always like dessert for me. Most keto breads we tried had some off putting taste, decent but strange.
I saw Elevate being used by a few of the low carb/keto people I follow and decided to give it a try.
Now, ‘bread club’ is a true yum for us. This is really just bread maker bread, but a true favorite of ours. It has taken a little experimenting to get a texture, taste and color we truly enjoy. It’s a little more dense than with the regular bread flour yet quite enjoyable. Since we have tweaked it a few times and will continue to do so, we no longer feel deprived of something we really enjoy.
I’ve also used it as a crust for cheesecake but felt it had a ‘raw flour‘ taste. That, I will continue to work with, possibly using brown sugar substitute and cinnamon.
I’m happy I bit the bullet and bought 3 bags! I have so much more experimenting to do!

Initially, I wasn't sure i would like this bread, the flavor was slightly different. However once its cooled completely, I don't notice any off flavor.
I have made several loaves. I follow the recipe using a scale for accuracy, and the bread turns out perfect and I M an average baker.
The texture is exactly like regular bread. It stays fresh, slices well .
The cost is too high and I wished there were discounts for subscriptions.
Also delivery seems slow, guess I am spoiled with Amazon
Overall this is guilt free way of enjoying bread low carb, high fiber and no preservatives.
I made a loaf of bread using Elevate with the recipe on the package. The texture was amazing but the flavor was just a little off. I plan to try another recipe to see if I can get a better flavor. I would also like to have more of a crust. Perhaps I can try making sourdough with it.
Bakes like regular flour! I'm making pancakes, waffles, bread with no guilt and increased protein 😋 💪
This is the best protein flour. I could not tell the difference from regular flour. It is a game changer for low carb eating.
Love this flour for baking bread and buns, trying all sweet and savory recipes. You just have to use a little more liquid than normal. Hope they all come out great.
Baked a loaf of bread with came my favorite recipe and it came out perfect.. Taste and texture was great..a little different from regular flour but definitely like bread, toasts very well. My only concern is the price. Ccan only afford to use this as a special treat, not something we can afford to eat daily.
So far so good I made chicken tenders with this flour in the air fryer they came out amazing.

I have been a huge fan of store bought keto breads and tortillas but have recently stayed away from them to limit consumption of processed foods and added ingredients. In the hopes to create my own bread and tortillas and other baked goods, I went and took a leap of faith by buying 2 five pound bags of Elevate Flour with no expectations. I started by making fresh homemade tortillas and I was pleasantly surprised at how good they came out, and how similar they tasted to regular tortillas. My expectations were totally beat with this product and find that it is a true one to one replacement. On top of all this costumer service was good I sent them an email upon receiving package telling them that one of my bags came ripped and they immediately sent me a new one. Over all great product and great service would gladly buy from them again, I just wish the price was a bit more affordable.
I made biscuits per Elevates recipe. I had to add more milk then recipe called for otherwise they looked like the normal biscuits I used to make. They had a nice rise, they browned nicely with some crispy bits around the top. The texture was good. The taste was ok. I def got a protein powder vibe. Having said that they were good underneath the creamed chipped beef I made. I used 1 tbspoon of Elevate flour to 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 1 tablespoon unflavored beef gelatin to the butter to make the rue for the creamed beef. It was very good. I look forward to using Elevate in more recipes
It ran my blood sugar up. I was very sad. I have 5lbs of this and can't use it.
Everything I've tried with this flour has turned out great! Now if only the price could be lowered!
I could not tell the difference between this flour and regular flour. My only complaint is your company keeps selling it out!
I first saw the Keto Twins on You Tube using this flour to make tempura. I decided to order a bag. I was blown away by how crunchy and good-tasting the batter was. Now, I'm using it to make half-spelt half-Elevate sourdough bread. Absolutely amazing taste while cutting some of the carbs.I love this stuff and will be ordering more in the future.
Came in good packaging but haven't opened it as yet I've been very very busy but I'm looking forward to using the product.
