Add a tablespoon of butter to dough and the bread comes out very soft and delicious.
It does not spike my blood sugar the way standard flour does. It does have an effect but is better. It allows me an indulgence once in a while.

I am using this to make protein waffles for my son and the 2 times I have made them with this flour the texture is off. It is not a 1:1 to replacement to regular flour. I will keep tweaking to perfect the texture issues but taste is good.
We got our flour and decided to make cinnamon rolls!! They were amazing!! Now, we over cooked them and the extra cinnamon and sugar on top got a littler crispy…. However, the taste and texture of the actual dough was almost the same as actual flour!! We are going to try bread and pizza crust next to see the difference there!! Very happy so far!!!
