I'm still in the experimental phase, trying to find an ideal recipe to use Elevate to make bread in my bread machine. So far my best success was using 1/3 regular flour with 2/3 Elevate, but Jess recommended that I try using the bread recipe on the back of the flour bag so I'm going to try that and will come back here with an update! I do love the flavor that Elevate gave the bread I made!
This helped make an amazing batter for frying fish, shrimp and vegetables. I’m reordering right now.
Made some tempura chicken, shrimp and zucchini that was heavenly!! Trying the bred recipe and other baked goods soon
My son is a type one diabetic and this is a life saver for my family. I used to cook and bake all the time and since he was diagnosed i have a hard time to find a good bread for him. Ever since i found this i am so happy that i can make him things and it doesn't raise his blood sugar. Thank you

Great taste, not a strong protein aftertaste at all. I’ve used it in several recipes as a 1:1 substitute for all purpose flour and it USUALLY works well (not always). Will definitely be buying more.
The bread had great taste. A little different than the tradition white bread but totally manageable. Love how soft the bread turns out

I'm experimenting to adapt it to the bread maker. still a little chewy but it's getting better. Do you have other recipes, ie cookies, pastries, etc. I'm not a baker or anything, just a 78 year old who wants to eat bread and pastries again.

I've been adapting some of our family favorite recipes to use 1/2 Elevate Protein Flour and 1/2 all purpose flour. It's been an easy way to help diabetic family members not have spikes in their blood sugar and still enjoy familiar foods.
The best low carb protein flour . I have baked chocolate chip cookies and biscuits and gravy 😋 I highly recommend this flour to all .
This flour is awesome. Cant make pasta and stuff with it because its a bad consistency, but its great for bakings cookies, banana bread, rolls, etc.
