I made biscuits per Elevates recipe. I had to add more milk then recipe called for otherwise they looked like the normal biscuits I used to make. They had a nice rise, they browned nicely with some crispy bits around the top. The texture was good. The taste was ok. I def got a protein powder vibe. Having said that they were good underneath the creamed chipped beef I made. I used 1 tbspoon of Elevate flour to 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 1 tablespoon unflavored beef gelatin to the butter to make the rue for the creamed beef. It was very good. I look forward to using Elevate in more recipes
It ran my blood sugar up. I was very sad. I have 5lbs of this and can't use it.
Everything I've tried with this flour has turned out great! Now if only the price could be lowered!
I could not tell the difference between this flour and regular flour. My only complaint is your company keeps selling it out!
I first saw the Keto Twins on You Tube using this flour to make tempura. I decided to order a bag. I was blown away by how crunchy and good-tasting the batter was. Now, I'm using it to make half-spelt half-Elevate sourdough bread. Absolutely amazing taste while cutting some of the carbs.I love this stuff and will be ordering more in the future.
Came in good packaging but haven't opened it as yet I've been very very busy but I'm looking forward to using the product.
This is our second purchase of the Elevate Protein Flour and my wife loves using it. We've made pizza crust, chocolate chip cookies and cinnamon rolls. All turned out great and not dry like Almond Flour is. Will continue to use it. Wish there were more recipes to use it on the Elevate website.
Nice to have a flour substitute for Keto people so we can still enjoy the comfort food the way we used to. Thank you.
Love this protein flour. My husband saw it and wanted to try it. We cooked deer burger and I am planning on trying some biscuits and pancakes with it.
My first loaf was huge! I found that toasting the slices is really delicious. My blood sugar readings have amazingly dropped into a normal range. I want to try adding a sourdough mix next time I make it.
What a great product! We’ve used 30# so far and have 15# left. Makes outstanding bagels, bread and pizza crust. We had to wait 3 weeks for our last order and (a tad pricey), so you apparently have others attention too. Keep up the good work BBC!!!
Trying to get a fluffier loaf haven't tried without a lid on the pan yet or on a stone. Balso should I add baking powder?

We are enjoying having some food that has the texture and taste we grew up with , but having it be low carb. Right now we are still testing the flour, but so far have been pleasantly surprised at the results. Love Elevate Protein Flour.
Works in every baking application we've tried. Makes a great pizza dough. I wish it wasn't so damned expensive.

I tried making a pan style pizza. I was hoping it wouldn’t have the texture of a biscuit, unfortunately that is what it smelled and tasted like, and the recipe used yeast not baking powder. I will keep trying different recipes and different techniques, it could have been my technique of mixing and kneading. I really wanted a more bread like loaf without the costly higher simple carbs and more fiber. Like I said I will keep working with it.

I use the flour to make low and no sugar protein packed muffins and cookies. It is perfect for that.

I haven't tried the flour yet, but I feel something is amiss. I am a bargain hunter and I have no idea why I would have bought one pound bags, if I'd seen the 5 lb bags were a more reasonable price and at these high prices I am definitely interested in the best price. My trust factor is not yet with you. I will have to figure out what one review meant about checking Sprout.
Great product! I'll never buy regular flour again. Elevate is perfect for all baking needs with zero net carbs! It's a game changer!
