I tried making the pizza but the website didn’t give instructions or where to find the video for it so the pizza didn’t come out right.
It’s been many years since I was able to enjoy chocolate chip cookies. Ive tried ALL the low carb/keto flour substitutes and tricks, but they just always fell short… edible but not the real deal. Elevate flour changed that for me, my chocolate chip cookies are as close to perfect as I remember ( before my diabetes diagnosis). I believe if I didn’t have to use a substitute sweetener they would be beyond perfect.
Today I’m experimenting with Elevate in my bread machine… wish me luck!!

I tweak my receipts to be low in calories and with the extra fiber it's a win - win!!
I'm a life time weight watchers so with these added macros my points are less on whatever I'm making so I can eat more. And who doesn't like an extra slither if cake 😋

Best alternative flour hands down! I purchased all the time on Amazon but was always out of stock because there is a reason for it (it’s the best). Protein and fiber in a flour with no carb insulin spike is incredible. I’m sold for life when it tastes this great.

Great stuff! Love to experiment with this flour. Easy to use with predictable outcomes. Being on a prescribed ketogenic diet, this flour gives me a ton of options previously thought of as lost. I wrote a one star review (see Jack review) previously because the protein flour was open inside the shipping box and made a mess. It's almost 1 to 1 comparable to normal flour, although products with this flower tend to be rather dense. I sometimes add more liquids to a recipe to account for this.
How would I know ? I still have not received the product I ordered, wait I did receive the product in a defective bag, unsealed at the factory, flour cloud upon opening the box. Filled out the paperwork for a replacement bag and CRICKETS. Can you help solve this issue ?

I absolutely love this flour. It rises and behaves as real wheat flour. I made bread and it turned out beautiful. Followed directions on the back of the bag. Today I am making bagels. I follow the Keto lifestyle. It's a game changer. I am a Canadian customer. I wish the shipping was a bit cheaper.

So far I like having a protein flour in place of regular flour. I have used a couple of times and plan to bake using elevate flour. Great 1:1 substitution.
Very good flour. It made great loaf of bread and it was very tasty.
My husband and I could never eat bread because of the carbs. This flour produces beautiful, delicious loaves. We can enjoy bread again and also benefit from the protein and fiber content.

I just used the Elevate Protein Flour to make keto pancakes and it worked brilliantly with the recipe from Joy of Cooking. I combined heavy cream and almond milk instead of whole milk and substituted the sugar with a keto friendly one. Delicious.
