The bread had great taste. A little different than the tradition white bread but totally manageable. Love how soft the bread turns out

I'm experimenting to adapt it to the bread maker. still a little chewy but it's getting better. Do you have other recipes, ie cookies, pastries, etc. I'm not a baker or anything, just a 78 year old who wants to eat bread and pastries again.

I've been adapting some of our family favorite recipes to use 1/2 Elevate Protein Flour and 1/2 all purpose flour. It's been an easy way to help diabetic family members not have spikes in their blood sugar and still enjoy familiar foods.

This flour is awesome. Cant make pasta and stuff with it because its a bad consistency, but its great for bakings cookies, banana bread, rolls, etc.

So far I’ve made pizza, bread, pancakes, flour tortillas and chocolate chip cookies. All fantastic and surprisingly light and not heavy feeling in your gut. But also understand that it has 13 grams of protein and 13 grams of fiber per serving. The fiber part is where you have to be careful or you’ll spend your day in the bathroom if you indulge too much 😅. WONDERFUL PRODUCT!! 👏👏👏

So far I've been able to use this flour in a 1:1 ratio for all my old non-keto recipes with great success. This allows me to use old recipes without performing some conversions to make the recipes keto friendly. Taste and texture are very good. Breads and cakes rise like normal flour recipes. Very happy.
I used this product to make a pizza for the first time. I am not sure if I did everything correctly because I cut the recipe in half. The taste was normal, the texture was a bit stiff. I did not get the rise I was expecting. Then I made some cheese biscuits with it. I had decent success with the dough. Biscuits came out nice, but it flatten after cooling. I was able to toast it though and made a sandwich from it. For what its worth, it seems like something one has to get use to. I am open to continue trying the product and becoming more proficient at using it. I want to make a loaf of bread next and a pound cake to see how those will come out. Im hopeful.
So far everything I have made with this flour has tasted like the real thing! So far I have made biscuits and chocolate chip cookies. Looking forward to making some pancakes
