The flour is nice but the shipping cost is prohibitive.
Received my flour today, and I just made some pumpkin cookies. They came out great . What a great way to get more protein and fiber ! Definitely sold on it!
Elevate Protein Flour
The flour was very good, performed well, still had the protein after grit.
The wait was rediculessly long and the shipping cost puts it out of my budget for future use.
My daughter has reactive hypoglycemia and I have been working on recipes that she can enjoy without her blood sugar spiking and then crashing. I used Elevate flour to make her monster cookies (using high fiber high protein oatmeal and sugar substitutes. They were delicious and she was superexcited. I also made a batch of muffins which she has really missed -also good. I ordered more flour!
