Elevate is turning out to be a great alternative to the flours I have used in the past. It has a good flavor too.
I’m on my second bag of Elevate, so far I’ve only made cookies, and they came out as close to traditional cookies as I’ve gotten in the 6 years of swapping out higher carb flours and sweeteners. So that’s been awesome. Today I’m making a sweet bread. It’s supposed to be Honey Nut Bread from an old Appalachian recipe, but I’m swapping out the flour for Elevate, and they came honey is now keto Maple syrup. It’s still in the oven, but it looks and smells divine.(please don’t judge my oven, it’s almost 20 years old lol)
I made bread using the recipe on the package....very good, turned out light and great texture 😀
