I absolutely love this stuff!! I’m pretty sure I use it once a day in some way for one of my meals! If it didn’t sell out so quickly I’d buy more every week!
I absolutely love carbs and sugar. Any type of baked good is my weakness. But as someone who counts calories and focuses on protein, most baked goods don't fit into my regular diet. Bought this flour and made protein banana muffins. It came out amazing and I am hooked. Leaving a review and will purchase again with the hopes that the product will do well and become more readily available at a slightly more affordable price.

This is the best high protein flour I’ve ever tried! Ice made cottage cheese bagels and cinnamon rolls! They turned out perfectly and my guests scarfed them down within minutes! I will continue to buy Elevate!
