Try it and tag me! d’EATS -1/2 cup cottage cheese -2 eggs -2 tbsp milk -1 tbsp melted butter -1 tbsp maple syrup -1 cup flour -1 1/2 tsp baking powder -chocolate chips to taste How to: Start by adding your cottage cheese, eggs, milk, melted butter, and maple syrup to a blender. Blend on medium speed for two minutes. In a separable, add your flour and baking powder. Then add your blended cottage cheese mixture and fold until combined. Add in your chocolate chips andmixed until combined. Heat up a skillet on medium low heat and add your batter. Flip once you see bubbles start to form on the surface.
