Stuffed High Protein Pizza
The Keto Twins are back at it again. This time, they made an amazing, simple, pizza crust using Elevate, and it turned out great. I normally shy away from the recipes that use greek yogurt and cottage cheese, but this one was an exception. Here is the recipe, and be sure to watch the video for the full instructions:
Recipe:
(Flour= 110g Protein Flour + 1 teaspoon of baking powder) + 110 grams of greek yogurt + optional spices
3 Mozzarella sticks cut into 1 inch cubes
1-2 tablespoons keto bbq sauce
more italian seasoning
1 cup precooked chicken
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup red onion
Brush the crust with olive oil
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
Crust is approx 4 net carbs and 74g of protein!

from 474 reviewsI love it, however I do wish you could have provided more recipes in the beginning. It absorbs a lot more moisture then regular flour making most recipes an expensive guessing game. This is great for me as I'm diabetic T2 on a low carb/sugar lifestyle and it doesn't spike my insulin. So far I've made made pasta, pizza dough, biscuits, bread and pancakes. Baking sweets with sugar substitutes still sucks lol but at least this gives us possibilities and bread!
