Protein Brownies

Rich, fudgy protein brownies made with Elevate flour, Greek yogurt, melted chocolate, and extra chocolate chips folded in. Each brownie gives you a soft, chocolatey bite with about 5g of protein per serving while keeping the recipe simple and satisfying.

Ingredients

Protein brownies

  • 100 g semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted (about ½ cup)
  • 95 g unsalted butter (about 6½ tbsp)
  • 100 g cane sugar (about ½ cup)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8 g vanilla extract (about 2 tsp)
  • 100 g Greek yogurt (about ⅓ cup + 1 tbsp)
  • 100 g Elevate flour (about ¾ cup)
  • 25 g cocoa powder (about ¼ cup)
  • 2 g salt (about ¼ tsp)
  • 70 g semi-sweet chocolate chips, folded in (about ⅓ cup + 1 tbsp)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine: 100 g chocolate chips, Butter
  3. Microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
  4. Whisk sugar into the warm chocolate mixture until glossy and well combined.
  5. Add eggs, vanilla, and Greek yogurt. Whisk thoroughly until smooth.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together Elevate flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  7. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients just until combined. Do not overmix.
  8. Fold in the remaining 70 g chocolate chips.
  9. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  10. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until: a) edges are set, b) center is still slightly soft, c) a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs
  11. Let cool completely before slicing into 16 brownies.
