I absolutely love this flour. It rises and behaves as real wheat flour. I made bread and it turned out beautiful. Followed directions on the back of the bag. Today I am making bagels. I follow the Keto lifestyle. It's a game changer. I am a Canadian customer. I wish the shipping was a bit cheaper.
Thank you for making an incredible product.
I posted a picture of the bread I made.
Great flour! I use my regular recipes and just substitute the flour and everything has turned out great!
So happy to find protein flour. Makefantastic bread. Have not experimented on baking some goodies yet but planning to. Very happy with it.
So far I like having a protein flour in place of regular flour. I have used a couple of times and plan to bake using elevate flour. Great 1:1 substitution.
Very good flour. It made great loaf of bread and it was very tasty.
My husband and I could never eat bread because of the carbs. This flour produces beautiful, delicious loaves. We can enjoy bread again and also benefit from the protein and fiber content.
A easy way to add fiber and protein to all of your baking , from breakfast to dessert !
This is our 2nd bag of flour and WE LOVE IT, we have make cookies, pizza, pancakes without the guilt. Delicious and the macros are great too!!
I didn’t set out to reinvent pizza night—I just wanted a slice that wouldn’t send my blood sugar on a rollercoaster. Like a lot of people managing diabetes (or cooking for someone who is), I’d mostly accepted that “great pizza” and “stable glucose” didn’t really belong in the same sentence. But that changed the day I started experimenting with alternative flours.
After testing everything from almond to oat blends, I finally landed on a flour that completely surprised me. It handled like traditional dough, baked up with that perfect chew-meets-crisp texture, and—most importantly—didn’t cause the sharp spike I’d come to expect from regular white flour crusts. The real shock, though? The flavor. This wasn’t a “good for what it is” situation. This was actually incredible—the kind of crust that makes you pause mid-bite and go, “Wait… this is the healthy version?”
And here’s the part I still can’t quite get over: after eating it, my glucose numbers didn’t just stay steady—they actually went down. I checked twice because I was sure it had to be a fluke. Pizza that helps your numbers instead of hurting them? I was genuinely shocked.
Paired with a bold, spicy pepperoni and a simple tomato sauce, this dough creates a pizza that feels indulgent without the usual downside. It’s deeply satisfying, beautifully balanced, and proof that you don’t have to give up your favorite foods to take care of your body. In fact, you might end up liking this version even more.
I just used the Elevate Protein Flour to make keto pancakes and it worked brilliantly with the recipe from Joy of Cooking. I combined heavy cream and almond milk instead of whole milk and substituted the sugar with a keto friendly one. Delicious.
Finally a flour that fits my macros and tastes good!
I love the protein flour! It’s just like regular flour. I made bread, it taste delicious. I’ll be making bagels next.
So happy to find a flour that I can use with my low carb lifestyle. I’ve made pancakes, a cake, and a pizza so far. Very happy with the results.
Awesome, so far! Made hoagie rolls using the bread recipe on the package and they’re the closest thing to real hoagies I’ve had since starting keto/low carb!
The flour is perfect for my daughter's reactive hypoglycemia. I can make rolls, cookies, cakes, and her blood sugar stays even.
This product has more protein and fiber than store bought flour and it doesn't make me bloated for several days! Love that I get to eat bread again! 😊
Love the taste and it does not spike blood sugar
Shipping was fast. Ordering was simple. Looking forward to many good eats!
I am so happy I found your product. As a bariatric patient I haven't been able to eat bread for over a year and now I can make my own and have a treat now!
Elevate flour is allowing me to bake bread as usual despite being on a keto diet. I’m really pleased with the results
This stuff is crazy, 60 calories and 13g protein?? I’m so excited for all of the things and fun recipes I can make with it.
I'm still in the experimental phase, trying to find an ideal recipe to use Elevate to make bread in my bread machine. So far my best success was using 1/3 regular flour with 2/3 Elevate, but Jess recommended that I try using the bread recipe on the back of the flour bag so I'm going to try that and will come back here with an update! I do love the flavor that Elevate gave the bread I made!
