I have tried and wasted so much time and money purchasing so called low carb flours. Mixing different flours together and spending outrageous sums of money. I am so glad I found you guys by accident. Being an avid baker is frustrating whey you are doing keto. This flour has solved so many of my baking issues. Iam grateful. I will continue to order.

Best Ever Flour!!! For low carb
I made muffins and bagels and I cannot tell it’s not real flour. In addition it doesn’t not cause a spike in my blood sugar. Actually, I have lost weight eating the muffins daily. I love the taste and the texture.
