Absolutely fantastic floyr! Do not have any suggested comments yet as its worked perfectly so far. This is my 2nd time purchasing and will purchase again. This time i purchased 25 pds so i wouldn't run out so quickly. Have been sharing it as well to friends who are KETO so they start buying it too. Keep up the great job!!
This flour has changed my life. I would give 5+ stars if I could, but my most recent order had a cut in the bag so the flour spilled all in the box (I know this wasn’t me because I’ve punctured the bag when opening the shipping box with a knife so I was careful not to use a knife this time). This did have me worried about contamination also. Needless to say, the packaging has room for
improvement.
Besides that, this flour is hands down the best new product to come on the market in my lifetime. I’ve been baking since I was a little girl but have stopped in the past decade or so due to health concerns about highly refined carbs. I’m a gym girlie now, and the macros cannot be beat. This has a better protein-to-calorie ratio than a ton of protein powders (and anyone who has tried to sneak protein powder into baked goods knows how much of a risk that is). Anyway, I’ve made sourdough, cinnamon rolls, pop tarts, pizza, baguette, brownies, pie crusts, cornbread, fried fish, and so much more using this flour. All of it is incredible. I’m actually thinking about starting a social media page with recipes or a baked goods business that exclusively uses this stuff—that’s how much I believe in it. I’ve literally convinced every single person in my family to start buying this. I hope it never goes away! And all my thanks to the makers of this product because y’all have helped the little girl in me find her passion for baking again!!!
The best flour I have found since starting keto diet over a year ago. First recipe has been biscuits. Excellent taste and texture. I’ll be back!
This flour is indiscernible from traditional grain-based flour, and perhaps even better. The best part is that is has zero effect on my glucose levels! Thank you Baking Company!!
