Received our 2nd 5lb bag today. So far I've made batter mimicking LJS Seafood batter...beautiful battered shrimp. Also low carb chocolate chip cookies, melt in your mouth wedding cookies...both were awesome. This stuff has allowed me to again enjoy some of the things I missed since doing low carb. Have also tried egg noodles x2 but they didn't come out right.

Elevate is turning out to be a great alternative to the flours I have used in the past. It has a good flavor too.
I’m on my second bag of Elevate, so far I’ve only made cookies, and they came out as close to traditional cookies as I’ve gotten in the 6 years of swapping out higher carb flours and sweeteners. So that’s been awesome. Today I’m making a sweet bread. It’s supposed to be Honey Nut Bread from an old Appalachian recipe, but I’m swapping out the flour for Elevate, and they came honey is now keto Maple syrup. It’s still in the oven, but it looks and smells divine.(please don’t judge my oven, it’s almost 20 years old lol)
I made bread using the recipe on the package....very good, turned out light and great texture 😀
I absolutely love this flour. My son is type 1 so he doesn'thave to dose as much insulin and I am getting the extra protein that I need in my diet
So far, I really like the replacement flower I’ve only baked with it twice. It does have a very strong wheat smell doesn’t bother me, but apparently people in the vicinity have made comments! I’m not much of a baker, but I like the net carb.

This flour lets me continue to enjoy the things I love most in life without worrying about the macros. It’s been one of the greatest additions to my new hobby of making pizzas from scratch.
I make flatbread with it and it works wonderful! Also made dinner rolls and pizza crust! This past the hubby test and that isn’t always easy!

I was tired of the other "keto" flours because they do not cook or react the way wheat flours do, especially with yeast. The macros of higher protein and low carb AND can be a 1 to 1 replacement for regular flour is a game changer for us in a ketogenic lifestyle. Great food options with none of the guilt. Thank you for your diligence in creating this great product!
I've made brownies and bread using this flour. As flour is works well as a substitute for all purpose creating a good resulting texture -- the brownies were more "cakey" than "chewy" and the bread had a soft interior with a nice crust. However the smell when it is fresh out of the oven is strong (it does fade as the item cooled) and the protein flavored aftertaste is awful. With the brownies the chocolate helped blunt the flavor but in the bread it was impossible to mask even with jam or butter on top. I bought a 5lb bag so I'll try more recipes until it is gone but I doubt I'll buy more (even if it wasn't so expensive). If you are a regular protein powder user and don't mind that distinct smell or taste, then definitely give this a try.
I mixed it 50/50 with bread flour the onlyTime I've tried it. Seems to be a good product so far. However, I'm not sure if it's worth the price. $116.00 USD for 15 pounds. Very expensive for 15 loaves of bread. Maybe should only be 3 stars considering the extreme price. Time will tell....
Works great for pancakes. Not so good for tortillas. Pizza crust is ok doesnt stretch much but tastes good. Baked donuts were pretty good.
